Creating healthy eating habits is one of the most important skills you can give yourself for your overall wellbeing — especially if you want to feel your best in your daily life. I’m sure we hear all the time the phrase ” breakfast is the most important meal of the day” Whether it’s true or not, isn’t really a concern for me. What I DO know, is the fact that when I actually eat a healthy breakfast- I feel so much more energised for the day ahead.
In my previous post I talked about me eating more healthy for the wellbeing of my body, which is why I decided to write this post. It was so much fun and very insightful to research all of the different types of healthy foods that people eat for breakfast.
One thing I wanna make clear is that I am no chef. I am very new to cooking so I tried to pick some easy recipes that I felt like I could actually try to make on my own and some of them just looked yummy!
